Club Kit Terms

Article 1 (Scope)
These terms apply to all orders for club and team apparel made to order under the 2kTT brand (the “Products”) by ooooo LLC (“we”, “us”).

Article 2 (Orders)

  1. The minimum order is 4 garments per design.
  2. An order is confirmed when you approve our quote and design and we send you an order confirmation.
  3. Quotes are valid for one month from the date of issue.
  4. For team stores, orders or changes made after the closing date are handled as individual orders, with separate pricing and lead times.

Article 3 (Design and Revisions)

  1. The design fee is included in your order. It covers two design proposals and one round of revisions to the chosen design.
  2. Revisions are limited to minor adjustments (position or size of text and crests, fine tuning of colour).
  3. Layout changes, new design proposals, and each round of revisions from the second onwards are charged at JPY 5,000 (incl. tax).
  4. Once the design is confirmed, we order fabric and start production, so no further changes can be made.
  5. Errors in spelling, logos or placement found after your confirmation are not defects, unless they result from our own mistake.

Article 4 (Logos and Intellectual Property)

  1. You confirm that you hold the rights to use any logo, name or artwork you supply.
  2. Copyright and all other rights in designs created by us belong to us, except for crests and other elements owned by you.
  3. Designs created by us may be used only for orders placed with us. Please do not produce, copy or modify them with another manufacturer.
  4. We may show photos of the Products in our portfolio. Please tell us when ordering if you prefer that we do not.

Article 5 (Colour)

  1. The colour of the Products is based on one of the following (the “Reference Colour”):
    1. A colour number from our manufacturer’s fabric colour card, selected after checking the physical card at our office
    2. A sample shown to you before mass production and approved by you
  2. Pantone and other colour codes are a guide only, and an exact match to those codes is not guaranteed. Where a colour is chosen from photos or a screen alone, that display is for reference only, and any difference from the Products is not a defect.
  3. Slight variation from the Reference Colour may occur due to differences in fabric type, printing method (sublimation, transfer, etc.) and production batch. This is not a defect.
  4. A colour difference clearly beyond the range in Article 5.3 is treated as a defect, and the items will be remade in accordance with Article 8.

Article 6 (Payment)

  1. We will send you an invoice once the design is confirmed.
  2. Please pay the invoiced amount by bank transfer to the account stated on the invoice by the due date shown. Bank transfer fees are payable by you.
  3. Production starts once we have confirmed receipt of payment.
  4. We are happy to discuss the timing or method of payment. Please contact us before the design is confirmed if you would like to do so.

Article 7 (Lead Time and Sizing)

  1. Delivery takes approximately six weeks from the date we confirm receipt of payment. If the design decision or payment is delayed, delivery will be delayed accordingly. Weather, customs and peak season may also cause delays.
  2. Please choose sizes using our size chart or fitting samples. We cannot exchange items ordered in the wrong size.

Article 8 (Cancellations, Returns and Defects)

  1. As all Products are made to order, we cannot accept cancellations after production starts, or returns and exchanges for change of mind.
  2. Please report faulty stitching, missing print, colour clearly beyond the Reference Colour, or items that differ from your order within 7 days of delivery, with photos. After checking, we will remake the affected items.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute.
